Title:
DUST COLLECTOR FOR WOODWORKING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000176225
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To protect a dust bag in the case where a wooden block is sucked by mistake and to make easily dischargeable a wood chip by mounting the closed-end cylindrical joint in which a cut part is formed on its under surface at a discharge port of a dust collector and placing at least cut part and bottom part in the dust bag.

In the collector for woodworking, a suction port is connected to the duct hose of a woodworking machinery and wood chips discharged from the woodworking machinery are collected. The wood chips sucked from the suction port are discharged from the discharge port 5 and stored in the dust bag. In such a case, in a joint 11 connecting the discharge port 5 and the dust bag, the cut part 12a having an area equal to or more than that of the open port is formed at the under part of the pipe 12 formed in a closed-end cylinder shape, and also one side surface is opened to connect to the discharge port 5 and the bottom part 13 placed opposite to the open part is the collision plate of the wooden block. In this way, a wooden block discharged from the discharge port 5 is discharged by falling from the cut part 12a after allowing the wooden block to collide with the bottom part 13 of the joint 11.
