A filter body 46 can be rotated together with a filter drum 41 by the drive of a motor 51. An exhaust air C introduced from the exhaust air inlet 23 of a dust collecting chamber 22 passes through the circumferential surface part 42 of the filter drum 41. Dust in the exhaust air C can be caught and separated by the filter body 46 when the exhaust air C passes through the circumferential surface part 42. The dust in the exhaust air C can be caught while gradually moving the part, where the exhaust air C passes, in the filter body 46. The dust in the exhaust air C can be collected by utilizing the wind force of the exhaust air C exhausted from a hot-air dryer 1. Thus, the dust in the exhaust air C can be efficiently separated and recovered with a small power.
