To provide a dust collector, capable of effectively preventing dropping-off of a rake roller of a rake part from a rake receiving arm even when a large dust such as driftwood is caught between the rake roller and the rake receiving arm.

The dust collector 1 includes the rake part 3 for scraping up dust captured by a screen 2; and the rake receiving arm 7 having, at a leading end part, a hook part 7A to which the rake roller 3D is fitted at the highest rise position of the rake part 3 and a base end part supported by a dust collector body 1A to be rotatable around the horizontal axis, the rake receiving arm rotating integrally with the rake part 3 until an opening part of the rake part 3 is turned down with the rake roller 3C bitten. The dust collector further includes a rake drop-off preventing device 8 capable of regulating the horizontal position of the rake roller 3D when it abuts on the horizontal outside of the arm 7, and the rake drop-off preventing device 8 has a trapezoidal surface in which the horizontal overhanging width is gradually reduced from the front end to the rear end.
