Title:
JET RECORDING HEAD, COATING METHOD THEREFOR AND INK JET RECORDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3217761
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance abrasion resistance of an ink repellent agent by coating the outer surface of a plane where an ink ejection opening is formed with an UV-curing or thermal curing polymer containing a specified 2,2-bisphenyl hexafluoropropane.
SOLUTION: In an ink jet recorder, the outer surface of a plane where an ink ejection opening is formed is coated with an UV-curing or thermal curing polymer containing a 2,2-bisphenyl hexafluoropropane shown by formula I. Consequently, abrasion resistance can be enhanced without sacrifice of ink repellent effect of an ink repellent film. In the formula, X represents formula II or III, Y represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and m, n represent 0 or 1. The polymer contains a derivative shown by formula I and a liquid state compound polymerizable therewith and the liquid state compound includes liquid state epoxy compounds and acryl compounds.
