Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust cover capable of stabilizing a bound stopper to a normal position.SOLUTION: A projecting portion 5 and a recessed portion 6 are formed on an upper end face 4b of a guide cylindrical portion 4. The projecting portion 5 is projected to an axial outer side of the guide cylindrical portion 4, on the contrary, the recessed portion 6 is recessed to an axial inner side. A blow molding parting line 7 formed on a position to divide the dust cover 1 into two, passes through the projecting portions 5 at both sides of an insertion hole 4a. An extra thick portion 8 partially thickened by blow molding is formed on a rear surface of the projecting portion 5. A back surface of the recessed portion 6 is positioned at an axial inner side of the guide cylindrical portion 4 with respect to the extra thick portion 8 so that a contact surface of a bound stopper 9 is composed of a flat rear surface of the recessed portion 6 free from the extra thick portion 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
