A dust cover 10 used for a damper 42 is characterized in that a main body tube 16 is disposed inside a coil spring 18, an insulator section 24 is sandwiched between a spring sheet 38 arranged in an upper end of the damper 42 and the coil spring 18, a connection 20 connects the main body tube 16 and the insulator section 24, the connection 20 is projected toward the spring sheet 38, and includes a projection 22 in which a through-hole 36 is formed, and an annular upper end of the projection 22 is brought into close contact with a periphery of lower orifice of a drain 40 arranged in the spring sheet 38.
