Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the amount of an eluent and to eliminate the generation of air bubbles and to prevent the mixing with insoluble dust in an apparatus and method for eluting the dust collected by a filter.
CONSTITUTION: An eluent is sent to a filter 1 placed so that the dust bonding surface thereof is directed upwardly from below by a liquid supply pump 5 and the filter 1 is immersed in the eluent up to the upper surface thereof to dissolve dust and, thereafter, the liquid supply pump is reversed to again return the eluent downwardly.
