PURPOSE: To obtain a dust-free garment exhibiting excellent effect against the dust-generation from the raw material and excellent action and effect to inhibit the penetration of dust by using a charge-accumulation fabric having specific charge-accumulation performance and air-permeability to the inside of the garment and an antistatic fabric to the outside of the garment.

CONSTITUTION: The objective dust-free garment free from free ends of fibers and having air-permeability, charge-accumulation property and lowered dust- penetration rate because of the use of fine-denier fiber has the following construction. The inside of the garment is a charge-accumulating fabric composed of a synthetic fiber filament having a single fiber fineness of ≤1.5de and having charge-accumulation performance expressed by frictional charge of 800-8,000V, an air-permeability of 15-80cc/cm2/sec and an elongation of ≥20% measured by applying a load of 1.5kg/5cm width to the direction of weft or warp of the fabric. The outside of the garment is an antistatic fabric containing electrically conductive fiber having a resistance of ≤1010Ω/cm.
