Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the dust near an excavating device and improve the working environment by providing a sealing mechanism for sealing the inner part of a casing tube from the outside and a duct for connecting the tube inner part to a dust collecting machine to carry the dust within the tube to the dust collecting machine.
SOLUTION: The air exhausted from a hammering crusher 14 is separated from crushed stones carried into a crushed stone recovering box 16, and released into a easing tube 11 as dust-mixed air. Further, it is recovered into a duct collecting machine 8 through a duct pipe 15 and a duct hose 7 from the upper end of the tube 11. The tube 11 is sealed by a hose sealing mechanism and a tube sealing mechanism and laid into the sealed state, and the dust within the tube 11 is recovered in the dust collecting machine 8, and perfectly removed. The mixed air in the clearance between the periphery of the tube 11 and a hole wall 70 is recovered into the dust collecting machine 8 through a hose 10. This clearance is sealed by a dust blowout preventing mechanism 9. Thus, an excavating work can be safely executed with high efficiency.
