The dust remover is provided with a dust removing part 30 in which the dust, or the like, adhering to the clothe, or the like, are taken inward for removal by brushing the surface of an object to be treated, such as the clothes with brush bristles. The dust remover is characterized as follows: a dust removing cover 32 is detachably provided in an opening of the removing part 30; and a rotating brush part, which is provided inside the removing part 30 covered with the cover 32, is equipped with a spindle which is directed in a direction orthogonal to the cover surface of the cover 32 so as to be rotated and driven, and a brush base in which the brush bristles 40a are planted in such a manner that a bristle tip is directed toward the cover surface of the cover 32 and which is rotated and driven with the spindle.
