To provide a dust removing apparatus with a low decrease in processing efficiency and in which thickness of a layer of adhering dust hardly grows and which has a regenerating means by forming a high pressure gas jetting outlet in a route of a dust-containing gas in a manner that the jetting direction is not set in the filtration plane.
A high pressure gas jetting nozzle 30 is installed in the lower face of a tube sheet 5d in the lowest stage of tube sheets and the jetting outlet 30a is set slantingly downward in relation to outlet gas routes of respective filter tubes 3. To be kept from direct contact with a dust-containing gas flow, the jetting outlets 30a are so set as to face to guiding tubes 34 from the outside of ring-like slits 34a of the guide tubes 34. When high pressure gas is occasionally or periodically jetted out, a descending flow at high flow speed is generated in the inside of each filter rube 3 and dust adhering and accumulated on each filter tube 3 is scraped and dropped. Consequently, utility consumption quantity is lessened and as a result, dust removal is carried out with little processing efficiency decrease.
