Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable using treating water by circulation by keeping high water purifying ability to improve clarity of final treating water.
SOLUTION: Sludge produced by collecting dust in a dust collecting chamber 1 flows to a dust screen part 6, a sludge separation tank 10, and a waste sludge separation tank 20 to recover it. Between the sludge separation tank 10 and the waste sludge separation tank 20, a filter 30 and a coagulant feeder 40 are provided. The filter 30 is equipped with a floating filter medium. When the filter medium is clogged by filtration to raise water pressure in a vessel, a fan is rotated to perform washing. Dirt produced by the washing is sent to the sludge separation tank 20 through a channel 19. At this time, a pump 41 is driven to also send the coagulant to the waste sludge separation tank 20. By action of the coagulant, the waste sludge in the waste sludge separation tank 20 is sufficiently separated, and supernatant having high clarity is sent to a water storage tank 24 and is refluxed to the sludge separation tank 10.
