Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance dustproof function in an exhaust nozzle in properly keeping a sealing function in an air pocket.
SOLUTION: An automatic tool changer 25 is lowered and approached to a spindle 2, pushing a pressure receiving part 9c with a pressing part 30, and a plunger 9 is lowered against the resilience of an energizing means 10, and a seal end 9b is made to adhere close to an outer boundary of this spindle 2, thereby closing an air pocket P which has so far made air flow in a gap between a housing 1 and the spindle 2. When a tool 5 is removed from the sprindle 5 in this state intact, the whole quantity of this air so far fed out of an air passage 1b of the housing 1 is blown out of an exhaust nozzle 2a and a supply opening 2c at a stretch, forcibly blowing clean a flange 5a of the tool 5 being attached to the spindle 2 and an end face of the spindle 2 as well as a taper part 5b of the tool 5 and a taper hole 2b of the spindle 2 thoroughly.
