Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dye coater which is capable of making it easy to change the width of dye without decomposing the dye.
CONSTITUTION: This dye coater consists of an inner deckle shaft 5 which faces a liquid densified near the tip and is movable in such a liquid-dense state, arranged on one inner side or both inner sides of a manifold 3. In addition, the dye coater is composed of a deckle 7 on the inner deckle shaft 5 and deckle guides 5, 9 fixed before and after the deckle 7.
