Abstract:
To provide a dye composition for keratin fibers having fastness and nonselectivity, manifesting good toxicological-character, achieving a strong coloring with various color tone, without deterioration of keratin fibers.
The dye composition for keratin fibers is obtained by formulating a para-phenylene diamine derivative substituted with a pyrrolidyl group of formula (I) as oxidation base. In the formula (I) n is 0-4, R1 is a halogen atom or a 1-6C hydrocarbon chain, R2 is a -SiR3R4R5 or a 1-8C alkyl group substituted with the -SiR3R4R5 group, a triarylsilanyl group, a triarylsilanylalkyl group or the like, each of the R3, R4 and R5 are a tri(C1-C4) alkylsillyl group or triphenylsillyl group or the like.
