Abstract:

To provide a dye-containing negative curable composition giving good in-plane uniformity of a film and capable of high-sensitivity fine pattern formation, a color filter using the composition, and a method for manufacturing the color filter.

The dye-containing negative curable composition comprises (A) a dye, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) a radical polymerizable monomer, (D) an organic solvent and (E) a fluorine- and/or silicon-containing surfactant, wherein a content of the dye (A) is 30-80 mass% based on a total solid content. The color filter using the composition and the method for manufacturing the color filter are also provided.
