Abstract:

To provide a new solvent-free dye formulation composed of an essentially water-insoluble dye selected from a metal complex salt azo dye and a metal phthalocyanine dye.

This dye formulation contains 0.01-50wt.% (based on the formulation) of one or more kinds of dyes free from water-soluble group in the molecule and originated from a metal complex selt azo dye or a metal phthalocyanine and 50-99.99wt.% of a reaction product of 1-50mol of ethylene oxide with 1mol of castor oil.
