The dye laser device is provided with a dye laser oscillator 22, an initial-stage dye laser amplifier 23a where the output laser beam of the dye laser oscillator enters, at least one-stage middle-stage dye laser amplifier 23b being arranged after the first-stage dye laser amplifier, and a last-stage dye laser amplifier 23n being arranged after the intermediate-stage dye laser amplifier. The dye laser device for outputting the dye laser beam being amplified by the last-stage dye laser amplifier 23n has a dye that has the wavelength of a dye laser beam 32 where a fluorescent peak is applied to the first-stage dye laser amplifier 23a or is at a wavelength band close to the wavelength, or has fluorescent peak wavelength separated from the fluorescent peak of the dye with a high fluorescent quantum yield used for the dye laser amplifier 23n at the last stage side.
