Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell improved in low cost property as a monolithic structure, a method of manufacturing the same, and electronic equipment.SOLUTION: A dye-sensitized solar cell comprises: a first substrate 20M; a counter electrode 19 arranged on the first substrate; a separator 24 formed of an insulation porous body formed so as to cover the counter electrode; a current extraction electrode 10 arranged on the separator; a porous semiconductor layer 130 arranged on the current extraction electrode and having a semiconductor fine particle and a dye molecule; an electrolyte 14 obtained by dissolving a redox electrolyte for immersing the separator, the current extraction electrode, and the porous semiconductor layer; a second substrate 22 arranged above the porous semiconductor layer via a predetermined gap; and a sealing material 16 arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate and sealing the electrolyte.
