Abstract:
To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell equipped with a solid electrolyte layer and with durability and photoelectric conversion efficiency improved.
The dye-sensitized solar cell 1 is structured of a conductive base material 10, a porous semiconductor layer 20 formed on the conductive base material 10 with sensitizing dyes carried on the surface of pores, an opposed electrode 40 arranged in opposition to the porous semiconductor layer 20, and an electrolyte layer 30 formed between the conductive base material 10 and the opposed electrode 40 and containing potassium iodide and thermoplastic cellulose resin.
