Title:
DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL, DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL MODULE, AND COATING SOLUTION FOR ELECTROLYTE LAYER FORMATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011054580
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a dye-sensitized solar cell having solid electrolyte which is superior in retaining performance of a liquid, in which an electrolytic solution is not oozed out under high temperature or high pressure, and which is superior in heat stability, and a dye-sensitized solar cell module employing the same.

The dye-sensitized solar cell is constituted of: an electrode base material 10; a porous semiconductor layer 20 which is formed on the electrode base material 10 and in which sensitizing dye is carried on surfaces of pores; a counter electrode 40 arranged opposing to the porous semiconductor layer 20; and an electrolyte layer 30 which is formed between the electrode base material 10 and the counter electrode 40 and which contains a redox pair and cationic cellulose or its derivative.
