To provide a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element with a sealing structure with little leakage.
The dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element includes a working electrode 5 consisting of an area made by braiding like a mesh a plurality of first base materials 8 and second base materials 9 with conductivity and of a linear shape, a counter electrode 6 with a first extraction electrode 6a made of a metal foil extended, a wiring for collection 4 structured of a site where the first base materials or the second base materials are extended from the area in a length direction, and a collector part 3 equipped with a second extraction electrode 21 made of a metal foil and electrically connecting the vicinity of ends of the wiring for collection and the second extraction electrode together. The working electrode, the counter electrode, and the collector part are housed in a bag 14 with electrolyte solution 18 injected and then sealed so as the working electrode and the counter electrode to be set in opposition, and further, the first extraction electrode and the second extraction electrode are extended toward outside the bag.
