Abstract:
To provide an organic coagulant being used for waste water treatment and having high performance as dyestuff waste water treatment and to provide a treatment method using the same.SOLUTION: The improvement of dyestuff waste water treatment performance can be achieved by adding an organic coagulant consisting of a polymer obtained by polymerizing a cationic monomer and a hydrophobic monomer component after adding an inorganic porous body. The organic coagulant consisting of the polymer obtained by polymerizing the monomer component composed of 50-95 mass% cationic monomer and 5-50 mass% hydrophobic monomer to the total amount of the monomer is desirable. It is desirable that one or more kinds selected from among bentonite, kaolin, talc, silica gel and diatomaceous earth as the inorganic porous body are used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
