Title:
DYED WOVEN FABRIC HAVING SURFACE AND BACK MADE OF DIFFERENT YARN AND METHOD FOR DYEING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05230776
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain woven fabric having mutually different dyed patterns of face cloth and lining cloth not oozing out the patterns opposite side each other regardless of different dyeing of the face cloth and the lining cloth and corrected shrinkage percentage caused by heating.

CONSTITUTION: Woven fabric comprises yarns having mutually different dyeing properties, the yarns wherein only one yarn is dyed with a certain dye and the other dye will not be dyed with the dye are used and polyester yarn having shrinkage percentage by heating smaller than that of nylon yarn is subjected to fiber dyeing. Then this yarn and undyed nylon yarn for piece dyeing are woven into double cloth in such a way that one of the yarns will not appear in the face of the other yarn and the face of the nylon yarn for piece dyeing is provided with a piece dyeing pattern by heating. When the polyester yarn is used for the surface and the nylon yarn or other yarn is utilized for the back, disperse dye is generally used for fiber dyeing (yarn dyeing) of the polyester yarn and the polyester yarn is dyed in a high-pressure dyeing machine at 150°C for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. White cloth is used as the different yarn on the back side, the yarns are woven, the woven fabric is printed and then adjusted, processed and finished at about 150-160°C.
