Abstract:

To realize a practical post-dyeing method for a shoe, by dyeing an adhesive with a specific composition by a metal-bearing dyestuff and an acidic dyestuff.

Tape paste rubber 3 is applied to a rubber base 1 consisting of a general purpose rubber composition to obtain two-layered structure tape rubber 4. After forming a first adhesive layer 7 by applying an adhesive to the bottom of an instep 5 and a tape adhering face of a shoe ad drying, a second adhesive layer 9 is formed with a natural rubber-based paste. Then, after treating the two-layered structure tape rubber 4 with toluene, the tape rubber 4 and a rubber sole 11 are stuck together and pressed and a shoe assembled using a last 13 is vulcanized in a vulcanizing oven to obtain a completed shoe. Additionally, a solution type adhesive containing a mixture of polyamide- based resin and polyurethane-based resin is called the first adhesive and a mixture of polyamide-based resin and polymethacrylate based resin and at least one kind of polyacrylate the second adhesive.
