To provide a dyeing method for plant dyeing having a natural and fresh color.

Cherries are boiled in water by using a glassy container such as enamelware and the boiled cherries are strained through a cloth to give a squeezed solution. The squeezed solution is mixed with a small amount of acetic acid to give a dyeing solution. A white cloth is immersed in the solution to permeate the dyeing solution to the cloth and the dyeing solution is heated in an immersed state of the white cloth as it is. The dyeing solution is naturally air-cooled and further the white cloth is immersed in a diluted mordant solution.
