Abstract:
To solve the problem that there is no system that informs the information of the stride and step width per a step and assists effective walking/running and dynamic state though the effect of the walking method to make the stride and step width extended is recognized and recommended for the health promotion and the risk improvement of dementia.SOLUTION: An interval of two limbs and the trunk per step while walking or running are measured by using a contact or non-contact interval measuring device, the user's state of walking/running/dynamics is recognized based on the comparison to the preset management criterion, the user is assisted so as to act the target level of walking/running/dynamics according to the information, the effective walking/running/dynamics are turned in a PDCA cycle in a short time and the user's health promotion behavior is presented and the behavior presentation system of walking/running/dynamics capable of presenting competitor behavior is presented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
