To simply measure dynamic characteristics of a rubber bush without using a test device such as a torsion test machine.
A dynamic characteristic measurement tool 2 of a rubber bush 1 includes: a rod-like inner cylinder support member 10 which is inserted into an inner cylinder 41 of the rubber bush 1 to be fixed; an outer cylinder support member 20 which is fixed to the outer diameter side of an outer cylinder 42 of the rubber bush 1; and an arm member 30 which is attached to the inner cylinder support member 10, adds vibration in a torsion direction or a hollow out direction to the rubber bush 1 by fixing the outer cylinder support member 20 so as not to move, attaching a vibration detector 32 to the arm member 30, and vibrating the arm member 30, and simply measures dynamic characteristics of the rubber bush 1 without using a test device such as a torsion test machine.
