To provide a dynamic damper in which an adhesive is not used, capable of displaying a high damping effect upon a mass fitting 22 performing an oscillating operation with respect to a mounting fitting 21.

The mounting fitting 21 is fixed to vibration members 12, 13, and the mass fitting 22 is arranged in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle separated from the mounting fitting 21. A coil spring 24 is connected between the mounting fitting 21 and the mass fitting 22. Namely, when the vibration members 12, 13 vibrate in the vertical direction of the vehicle, the mass fitting 22 oscillates in the vertical direction of the vehicle with respect to the mounting fitting 21. Further, a rubber elastic body 25 is arranged non-adherently between the mounting fitting 21 and the mass fitting 22. The rubber elastic body 25 abuts on the mounting fitting 21 and the mass fitting 22 accompanying the mass fitting 22 oscillating in the vertical direction of the vehicle with respect to the mounting fitting 21 and is compressed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle by the mounting fitting 21 and the mass fitting 22.
