To propose a mixing apparatus in which disadvantages of the mixing apparatus known at present are surmounted and which is improved particularly in cost and efficiency so that this mixing apparatus can be much more suitable for the necessity when used at present in several applications.
This dynamic in-line mixing apparatus for homogeneously mixing at least two primary products with each other to form a mixed product comprises a casing (2) which has a slender and internally rotary cylindrical shape and is provided with at least one inlet (3) for the products to be mixed and at least one outlet (4) for the homogeneously mixed product, a rotor (5) which is arranged in the casing (2) and made coaxial with the casing and a means for driving the rotor. The rotor supports many successive coaxial disks (7) each of which has a plurality of holes (8). The casing supports many successive coaxial disks (10) each of which has a central orifice (11) for inserting a shaft of the rotor and a plurality of holes (13). The disks (7) of the rotor (5) and the disks (10) of the casing (2) are arranged alternately so that the adjacent disks are parted from each other.
