To provide a dynamic integrated monitoring system for business process, capable of feeding back KPI (key performance indicator) value onto a flow chart of a process created based on a user's viewpoint without writing a program code for acquisition of KPI value in systemizing the flow chart of the process created based on the user's viewpoint.
A BPEL (business process modeling) support mechanism 402 includes a means for adding sub-process information to be developed in systemizing the process created based on the user's viewpoint to process activity information. A BAM (business activity monitoring) mechanism 405 includes a means for adding, when sub-process information of an execution log of the process is present in the process activity information, and setting of KPI corresponding to a process identifier is included in the process activity information, adding the KPI value related to the process execution log to the process activity information. A process operation state display mechanism 410 includes a means for displaying the KPI value of the process in the flow chart of the process created based on the user's viewpoint as an operation state of the process.
