To provide a dynamic microarray apparatus having a function of selectively arraying particles by using dielectrophoresis so that the trapping of a particle can be controlled at each trap spot.
The dynamic microarray apparatus comprises a flow path 2 having two laminar flows of a trap flow 3 and a non-trap flow 4 and includes: a first dielectrophoresis unit A for always driving a particle 8 so that the particle moves in the trap flow; a second dielectrophoresis unit B for controlling whether the particle 8 flowing in the trap flow 3 is made to flow in the trap flow 3 as it is or move to the side of the non-trap flow 4; and the trap spot 5 arranged on the downstream side of the second dielectrophoresis unit B, wherein the trapping of the particle 8 can be controlled at each trap spot.
