Abstract:
A dynamic light pattern generator (10) includes: a laser light source (12) that emits laser light (20); a mask (13) that is supported so as to be rotatable about an optical axis (12a) of the laser light source (12), and that allows absorption and transmission of the laser light (20) emitted from the laser light source (12); and a diffractive optical device (15) having, on the same plane, a plurality of diffractive optical device elements (15a, 15) that change the phase of the laser light (20) that was transmitted through the mask (13), and that respectively emit diffracted light having phase distributions that generate mutually different partial light patterns (21, 22).
