Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a mirror presser from shifting in position owing to a rise in temperature resulting from continuous operation and unbalance quantity at the same time by setting the coefficient of linear expansion of a material which constitutes the mirror presser <=1.2 time as large as the coefficient of linear expansion of a material which constitutes a hollow rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:For example, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc., are used as the material of the mirror presser 5 and its coefficient of linear expansion is set nearly equal to or less than, i.e. <=1.2 times as large as the coefficient of linear expansion of the material of the hollow rotary shaft 1. Then the hollow rotary shaft 1 is made of stainless steel, e.g. SUS420J2, so stainless steel or carbon steel whose linear expansion coefficient is nearly 1.2 time as large as that of said SUS420J2 is selected. Therefore, the applied pressure of thermal expansion due to the temperature rise resulting from the continuous operation is not generated and the mirror presser 5 is prevented from shifting radially. At the same time, the increase in the unbalance quantity of a rotary body 8 is eliminated and the rotary body 8 rotates extremely silently and smoothly.
