Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any variance in the depth of the width of a dynamic pressure groove when forming the dynamic pressure groove provided in a dynamic pressure bearing part in a bearing stock.
SOLUTION: A conical tapered surface 26a is provided in a fitting member 26, and at least three ball members 37 for alignment having the same diameter are interposed between the tapered surface 26a and a circumferential surface of a sleeve S. The ball members 37 for alignment are disposed on a surface perpendicular to the axial direction of the fitting member 26 with equal intervals. The axial position of the sleeve S agrees with the axial position of the fitting member 26 by pressing the ball members 37 for alignment against the fitting member 26 via the tapered surface 26a by a pressing member 33 for alignment.
