Abstract:
PURPOSE: To indicate a really effective schedule to a production system and to improve productivity and to reduce a burden on a person in charge of preparing a schedule by taking a time required for scheduling into consideration.
CONSTITUTION: In dynamic scheduling discriminating the factor of error and rescheduling the production when a production system is scheduled and error is generated between the actual results of production and the scedule (109), necessity of further scheduling is registered in response to change of the production system during scheduling (108). Change of the production system during scheduling is superintended (104-107), and at completing the scheduling. it is judged whether rescheduling is executed or not based on change of the production during scheduling by superintendence (111). Hereat, execution of rescheduling and inquiry of rescheduling are discriminated and registered.
