PURPOSE: To improve the position accuracy of a damper to a frame by using resin to form a damper which holds a voice coil and a frame which is fixed to the upper part of a magnetic circuit and joins the fringe part of a diaphragm into a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit.

CONSTITUTION: Magnetic circuit 16 is formed by storing a center pule 13 and a magnet 14 set under the pole 13 into a yoke 15. The frame 17 and the damper 18 unified with resin are fixed onto the yoke 15. The fringe part of a diaphragm 20 is joined to the fringe part of the frame 17, and the voice coil 21 is connected to the center part of the diaphragm 20. The middle part of the coil 21 is held by the damper 18, and the lower part of the coil 21 is fitted into the magnetic gap 22 of the circuit 16 with no eccentricity. Then a dust cap 23 is attached at the center of the upper side of the diaphragm 20. Thus the position accuracy of the damper 18 is improved to the frame 17. This ensures the high and uniform quality of a dynamic speaker.
