Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo-electric machine with a brush excellent in reduction effect of noise generated from a brush device.SOLUTION: A rotor shaft 43 is attached rotatably to a housing 2 of a DC motor 1 with a brush. A commutator 6 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface 43a of the rotor shaft 43. A brush device 7 is attached to the front surface 22a of a housing cover 22. A pair of brushes 72 included in the brush device 7 slides on the outer peripheral surface 6a of the commutator 6. A wire harness 74 for power supply is connected with each brush 72. The wire harness 74 has a core wire, a coating 74b and a sleeve 74c, and a bypass capacitor not containing an inductance component is formed around the core wire. A pair of shorting bars 8 is stood on the front surface 22a, and each sleeve 74c is grounded to the housing 2 by abutting against the shorting bar 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
