Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a brush compact while ensuring the strength for the omission of a pigtail.SOLUTION: In a motor M including a brush body 5 sliding on the outer surface of a rotating commutator 2, a pigtail 8 constituting the power supply path to the brush body 5, a metal plate 6 with which the pigtail 8 is connected is attached to the rear end of the brush body 5. The metal plate 6 is energized to the radial inside by a press spring 6 when one end of a press spring 7 abuts against the rear end face thereof, and thereby the brush body 5 is pressed against the outer surface of the rotating commutator 2.
