Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform alignment of the magnetic pole of a permanent magnet and a sensor magnet easily with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A rotor 4 includes a rotor core 18 and a permanent magnet 19 fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core 18. A rotating shaft 5 is inserted into the center of the rotor core 18, and projects only from one end face of the rotor core 18. A sensor magnet 9 is fixed directly to the end face of the rotor core 18 where the rotating shaft 5 does not project for the rotor core 18. Furthermore, a rotation angle sensor 11 is disposed via a cavity for the sensor magnet 9 in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
