Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail distributing server capable of transmitting business information to appropriate destinations without awareness of persons playing roles in the business.
SOLUTION: The e-mail distributing server 10 for distributing e-mails relating to contract jobs among a plurality of destinations comprises a role database 24 for storing roles relating to contract jobs brought into correspondence with contract identifying information for identifying the contract with customers, an address database 28 for storing personal e-mail addresses of the persons to play roles brought into correspondence with their roles, an accept section 12 for accepting the contract identifying information for identifying the contract from the customers, a role extracting section 16 for extracting the roles relating to the contract jobs from the role database 24 based on the contract identifying information accepted by the accept section 12, and an address assigning section 18 for extracting the addresses of the persons to play the roles from the address database 28 and assigning the extracted addresses to the e-mail destinations relating to the contract jobs.
