PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an output of an EHD pump that includes a pointed electrode 21 and a slit electrode 22 and flows EHD fluid flowed by an EHD effect by applying a voltage to the EHD fluid between the pointed electrode 21 and the slit electrode 22.SOLUTION: A pointed electrode 21 is in a shape tapered down toward a slit electrode 22 and an end of the pointed electrode 21 side of the slit electrode 22 has surfaces 221, 222 in a tapered shape.
