Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve clear multi-gradation color display by reducing variation in electric characteristics of a semiconductor element.SOLUTION: A part of a semiconductor layer used for a semiconductor element is utilized as a resistor. Concretely, a display device includes the semiconductor element, and a light emitting element connected electrically to the semiconductor layer carried by the semiconductor element, and the semiconductor layer includes a region which can be regarded as the resistor provided between the semiconductor element and the light emitting element. Since the region which can be regarded as the resistor exists, an influence of variation in the electric characteristics of the semiconductor element can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
