SOLUTION: A tapping type thread 33 is formed at a fixing clip 3 and the clip 3 is screwed into a fixing hole 2 to be engaged in thread at a fixing structure in which the clip 3 is internally fitted to the fixing hole 2 and a fixing rod 41 is inserted into and passed through the clip 3 to caulk their extremity ends to cause an EA material 1 to be fixed to a mating member 4.EFFECT: A fixing clip can be attached to a fixing hole easily and positively and at the same time the fixing clip can be fixed to the fixing hole positively and stably and an assembling work for an EA material can be carried out stably and positively without dropping the fixing clip at the time of transportation or assembling it to a mating member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
