To provide an earpick which is equipped with ear picking parts having different diameters at one end or both the ends of a handle so as to be selective ly used corresponding to an earhole diameter and can be used for both earwax removal and earhole cleaning.

Concerning the earpick, a rod-shaped handle 1 equipped with ear picking parts 2 at one end or both the ends is provided with an auxiliary stick 4 equipped with an auxiliary ear picking part 5 so as to slide it, the ear picking part 2 and the auxiliary ear picking part 5 respectively have diameters larger than a rod diameter and are coaxial with a rod, jaw parts 7a and 9a are formed while being projected, and the ear picking part 2 and the auxiliary ear picking part 5 are integrally fitted. Besides, an earhole cleaning part is formed inside the handle 1 divided near the lengthwise center.
