Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve workability of earth discharging work by preventing transmission of oscillation to a following carriage by pulsation of an earth discharging pipe.
CONSTITUTION: An earth discharging pipe 19 is supported by a pair of support rollers 56, 57 having a rotation axis 58 along the direction inclined at a specified angle by way of crossing in the longitudinal direction of the earth discharging pipe 19 in an earth discharging device of a shield excavator discharging sediment dug by an cutter 13 of the shield excavator 11 outside through the earth discharging pipe 19 by a pressure delivery pump 18. A support plate 54 on which the support rollers 56, 57 are installed is installed on following carriages 22, 23, 24... connected to the shield excavator 11 through vibrationproofing rubber 53.
