Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader type earth drill with the advantages of showing guide operation of a kelly-bar independently of its elongation, showing guide operation of the kelly-bar even when it is supported by a thrust cylinder and easily removing a kelly-bar guide.
SOLUTION: A leader 2 erects on an earth drill mainbody 1. An earth drill bucket 7 is secured to the lower end of a kelly-bar 6. A kelly-bar drive 3 to rotate the kelly-bar 6 is mounted along the leader 2 in an elevatable manner. A kelly-bar guide 12 fitted through the kelly-bar 6 in a vertically movable manner is secured to the lower part of the kelly-bar drive 3 along the leader 2 in a vertical position-adjustable manner.
