The earth leakage breaker, which is used in a bath boiler with a hot-water supply of a through-wall installation type, has a plug 11 on a power-supply plug socket side, a power-supply earth 12, and an exclusive plug socket to connect an exclusive plug 4 installed at one end of a power-supply cord 1 connected to an apparatus body 21. The installing method of a bath boiler with a hot-water supply of a through-wall installation type by using the earth leakage breaker is so composed that the exclusive plug 4 is installed by connecting it to the apparatus body 21 before the installation work in advance, and after the apparatus body 21 is fixed and installed in a through hole formed on a wall, the exclusive plug 4 is passed in a wall-through hole formed separately, and then, the exclusive plug 4 is connected by inserting it into the earth leakage breaker 5 where the plug 11 on the power-supply plug socket side and the power-supply earth 12 are connected to the plug socket 27.
