Title:
EARTH RETAINING METAL FIXTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3136115
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal fixture capable of facilitating the installation of a burr used for earth retaining in civil engineering work, at the same time, increasing the degree of interlocking of the burr with a waling and preventing the slippage of the burr easily from the waling even if force is unwillingly applied to the burr.
SOLUTION: An earth retaining metal fixture 24 is provided between a waling 7 monolithically formed of sheet piles including the excavated surface having a plurality of sheet piles used in an excavated ditch relating to an earth retaining in civil engineering work and a bar 13. In that case, the earth retaining metal fixture 24 is constituted of a fitting section 26 fitted and fixed to the waling 7 in a slidable manner in the longitudinal direction and in a detachable manner and a holding section 28 for holding the bar 13, and the holding section 28 is equipped with a control section 46 for controlling the motion of the bar 13 and reinforcing the joint between the earth retaining metal fixture 24 and supporting device 11 thereby.
