Title:
EARTH RETAINING STRUCTURE AND EARTH RETAINING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3952447
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth retaining structure capable of shortening a free length part of an anchor.
SOLUTION: This earth retaining structure for arranging the anchor 2 is characterized by sharing a part or most of the shock absorbing function possessed by the free length part 21 of the anchor with shock absorbing mechanisms by arranging the shock absorbing mechanism 11, 12, and 13 in a head part of the anchor. Thus, the free length part of the anchor can be largely shortened more than a conventional free length part, and is economical since the excavating hole length is reduced. For example, the shock absorbing mechanisms can be arranged between an anchor head 41 for fixing the head part of the anchor and an anchor pedestal 42 for installing the anchor head.
